E-mail Forwarding
Email Forwarding - discover in which cases it is helpful and how to enable it from your hosting account.
The term email forwarding refers to an e-mail message being forwarded from a receiving address towards a third-party address that isn't listed as a receiver. For instance, a customer sends out an e-mail from their personal mail box to support@domain.com and as far as they're involved, it is the only receiver. If there's an active forwarding, the email can be sent to owner@domain.com, for example, although the customer never meant the e-mail to be sent there and might not be aware about the existence of this mail box. There are various purposes for using such forwarding. For example, if you've a number of e-mail addresses it is possible to forward them all to a one mail box, which can make keeping track of email messages simpler and will permit you to collect e-mails and respond quickly. The function may also be used if a number of people should get a copy of an electronic message delivered to a standard email address.
E-mail Forwarding in Shared Website Hosting
It's possible to forward any email address hosted on our servers to another one or more third-party email addresses without any difficulty if you have a shared website hosting plan with our company. The option can be enabled and deactivated through the Emails section of the Hepsia Control Panel whenever you want and you'll be able to see an index of all email addresses where your correspondence is forwarded to. Additionally, you will have the option to leave a copy of the incoming messages on the server and have a backup if you remove anything from the remote email address. This feature can also be quite helpful if there is a brief problem with the other email address. As long as it really is activated and we keep a copy of all your email messages being relayed through our system, you won't risk sacrificing e-mails.
